FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Will you give refunds?
We will give FULL refunds before July 1. After that time there will be no refunds given.
Q. When is check-in?
Check in is only needed for teams staying in the dorms and/or using dining hall meal plan.
Check-in for 4-night & 3-night lodging teams will be on Wednesday, July 23rd from 4:30-6:00 PM at the Turner Hall tents.
Check-in for 2-night lodging teams will be on Thursday, July 24th from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at the Turner Hall tents.
Commuting teams can go directly to their first match site.
Q. My team is staying in the UNC dorms, what do I need to bring?
Each person needs to bring their own linens (sheets and towels). All dorms are air-conditioned so there is no need for a fan.
Q. Are spectators allowed to come watch?
Yes. In 2021 we were not allowed to have spectators due to COVID protocol. We anticipate not limiting spectators this year.
Q. Who needs to fill out a waiver?
All players who are competing must fill out a waiver prior to check-in online at https://register.ryzer.com/camp.cfm?id=207368&teamcamp=player .
Q. When do games start?
Round 1 of pool play begins at 10:30 on Thursday, July 24th. Championship matches will be at 3:30 or 4:30 pm on Saturday, July 26th.
Q. Will I need transportation?
Yes, teams must transport themselves to the off-campus gyms. Elite Division is the only division guaranteed to be on campus for the entire tournament.
