Hi Bear Fans!
"This is my favorite time of year. Not only do we get to watch the seasons change, but I love being in the gym with small groups and spending time teaching and training, not just getting ready for our next match like we spend so much time on in the Fall.
Although the competitive season is always fun, this is the time when we see the most improvements in skill and in volleyball understanding, as well as great strides in the weight room with strength, explosiveness, and endurance. We’re training hard twice a week right now in the gym and 5 days in the weight room, and we’ll transition to 5 days a week in the gym in March and April to prepare for 4 spring competitions. We’ll have CU, Denver, and Colorado State here in Greeley in April, so keep up with our schedule on this website (UNCBearsVolleyball.com) and stop by and see what we’re doing!"
